    I think I just shed a tear or 2……never fear…..march is Hopslam season….until then i’m SURE you can survive with Pliny! LOL….

    Now thats how a steak is supposed to be cooked!

    I shake my head everytime we eat out with Amado’s cousin and he orders his steak well done.
